When I studied at the Prague Academy of Fine Arts, my Professor used to discuss our projects with us long into the night. I remember that A positive contribution to the strength of Eva’s team lies in the fact that several of her colleagues have been with the practice for a considerable time, a fact that serves to underline the integrity which characterises Eva’s approach to both her personal and professional life. Duncan Webster joined in 1986 ; he took some time out to broaden his architectural horizons in other practices, then re-joined Eva in 1992 and in 2000 became Eva’s fellow Director. Georgina Papathanasiou came to the practice in 1996 and was made an Associate in 2000. In addition to her responsibilities with ongoing projects, she also runs the office computer system and digital information output (publishing, exhibitions, publications etc.) Geoff Whittaker also spent a couple of years with Eva before taking time out for other projects and re-joined in 2002, becoming an Associate in 2003. Wanda Wilson, Financial Controller, who joined in 1989, is responsible in conjunction with the Directors for the finances of the company, liaising with our clients on fees and balancing the books. Eva therefore has the solid support of a core group of individuals who, in both the technical and administrative areas, have gained the experience and expertise necessary to maintain her standards across the board and who strive to achieve both hers and the clients' expectations in respect of the quality and professionalism of the project. Of course all other members in the team possess diverse strengths and skills which are brought to bear in the interpretation, execution and delivery of each concept.
